EMIS Training Helpline

The EMIS Training Helpline is a recap service that provides a five minute refresher for nominated practice trainers who are seeking assistance following an on-site training session.

We appreciate that not all training queries can be answered within five minutes.

Therefore we are offering a one-to-one consultancy service to help you with your more complex queries, which may require further investigation. Using the latest in web based technology (WebEx) you and the training consultant can share the same clinical system to talk through and resolve your query.

A session lasting up to 20 minutes will only cost £30 + VAT and all you need is a good internet connection and a telephone!

Note: If your practice has not received on-site training on the module you need help with, please contact EMIS Field Operations Support on 0845 123 4455 to discuss the training options available.

The Training Helpline is open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm except the last Friday in the month when it closes at 12 noon for staff training.

Please note that the helpline will be closing at 12pm every Wednesday from 30th June until 25th August inclusive. This is a temporary arrangement to allow for staff training during the quiet summer period. The helpline will not be closing early on the last Friday of the month during this time.
