What is online learning?
Online learning is a unique way of receiving professional training on an aspect of the EMIS system over the internet. Click here for a short (3½ minute) video demonstration of what a session looks like.
Why online?
Because you stay at your desk and our trainer stays at theirs – there are no travelling costs or times to consider. This is the best way to offer you training on short topics, lasting up to an hour.
What does it cost?
£55 + VAT.

Your time. That’s all. Even the telephone call is free.
What do I need?
All you need is a computer with a fast internet connection (N3 or broadband) and a telephone.
How do I book?
Click the button below (for the calendar) or the link alongside it (for the catalogue) to find a session you are interested in, and then mail elc@e-mis.com with the following information:
You will receive a confirmation email. Later, you will receive an invitation to register for the session. Please register as soon as possible as registration closes well before the start time. Once registered, you will receive your invitation proper. This includes a link to join the session. Please make sure you click this link 10-15 minutes before the start time so that you do not miss any vital information. Once you have joined the session you will receive details on how to join the teleconference. What if I want a personal visit?
Online training is not for everyone, even though all sessions are run by experienced professionals. If you prefer, a local EMIS Operations Manager can visit your practice for a full day or a half day – just mail Field Operations or ring 0845 123 4455. Click here for the Online Training Catalogue.
