What is Online Learning?

Online learning utilises internet technology to put the training session right on your computer screen.

Our online learning takes two main forms:

  • Webcasts which are usually free. These are seminar-like presentations and demonstrations.  Normally, your phone is muted during the main presentation so you can hear everything that is said. We open up the phones towards the end of the session so you can ask questions of the presenter.
  • Online learning sessions which are charged and involve interaction between you and the trainer (which may involve you taking control of the module or application you are learning about).

 All you need:

  • Use any PC or laptop with a good internet connection (e.g. broadband or N3).
  • Use a telephone to hear what is said and contribute questions and observations.
