In just one day our experienced Operations Managers will show you ways in which you can configure EMIS LV, giving you the knowledge to gain the most from your clinical system.

Objectives and learning outcomes

After attending the seminar we are confident that you will be able to:

recognise the difference between searches and audits and realise the benefits of both
run searches and audits to extract meaningful data for high level strategic reports and data analysis
gain an introduction to templates and protocols – helping the clinicians to uniform data entry
export data from the EMIS system for analysis in Microsoft Excel.

The seminar will include workshops, so if you have any examples of searches or audits you need to carry out we will show you how it can be done.

Dispensing

EMIS systems provide practices with a full dispensary management system, which includes a fully automated stock control and re-ordering facility. Not all practices dispense in the same way, and you can choose from a variety of dispensing and stock control methods; for example, to print endorsements in the dispensed prescription, use full batch control stock management.

Training is available to help you maximise the use of the dispensing module, manage your stock effectively and streamline your workflows.
