Welcome to the Wales regional pages.

Wales is part of the West Midlands and Wales Team and one of the six EMIS regions.

Our team are responsible for:

• The training needs of EMIS practices in the region
• General clinical system management and maintenance
• Customer care and support

Within the team we have Operations Managers (see below) who each have a portfolio of customers that they care for. Each operations manager can arrange:

• training to suit your needs
• software demonstrations
• visits before any hardware upgrade to discuss your requirements
• customer care visits to discuss any issues you may have with and around the clinical system
