Welcome to the North West Region EMIS Learning Centre webpage!
We hope you find this website useful.
The North West is one of six EMIS regions. We also cover the Isle of Man.
We are not only responsible for the training needs of our sites, but also for ensuring their wellbeing with the clinical system. If you are happy, we are happy too! If you are struggling, we want to know too and help.
Each region has a team of operations managers. Each operations manager (OM) has a portfolio of sites that they are responsible for. They deliver various types of training, including on-site, online and seminars, all of which can be tailored to your needs, and demonstrations of the software. They also carry out visits required before the upgrade of any hardware, so that requirements can be discussed and documented for our network support consultants. They can also be the ear that you want when you have some issues you want to discuss with EMIS.
Please do keep looking at the website for any updates. We will start to increase the information on it – Anna Wild and Adrian Owen are going to keep an eye on this. If in any doubt about anything to do with EMIS, do not be afraid to contact us!
